Robert "Bob" W. Grismore served in the U.S. Army
Robert "Bob" W. Grismore, 78, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at his home. Bob was born June 30, 1946 in Bluffton to the late Martin and Helen (Hoffman) Grismore.
Bob was a graduate of Pandora-Gilboa High School. He was a farmer and over-the-road truck driver, traveling all over the country. Bob was also a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his partner, Carol Geiger of Pandora; a son, Brian Grismore of Ottawa; a daughter, Desiree Lunde of North Pole, Alaska; four step-children, Wes (Nicole) Geiger of Johnstown, Ohio, Randy (Lavon) Geiger of Pandora, Amanda (Craig) Wilhelm of Pandora, Eva (Derrick) Okuly of Pandora; eleven grandchildren and three sisters, Beverly Basinger of Alvion, Indiana, Sarah Hammers of Rock Creek, Ohio and Eileen Risser of Ada, Ohio.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Helen Grismore and a grandson.
Bob's memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton. Visitation will be Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
