Bluffton Schools present practice field requests, July 21 and 28
The Bluffton Schools will present a request for the closure of Vine St. to the Bluffton Planning Commission at 7:30 p.m. on July 21 and present plans for a artificial turf practice field in a 7:05 p.m. public hearing with Bluffton Council on July 28. The $400,000 construction project was made possible by the purchase and demolition of two homes on Lawn Ave., expanding the Bluffton Schools campus adjacent to the elementary playground. The 90-yard long field would be available for activities including athletic and band practice. Nighttime rendering.
