Letter: Bluffton American Legion invitation to sponsor American flags
JULY 28 MEDIA RELEASE__Bluffton American Legion Post 382, in partnership with the Village of Bluffton and the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce, extends sincere appreciation for previous support of American flags on display in the Village.
You are invited to contribute to the enhancement of downtown Bluffton and the new bike path along State Route 103 by honoring or dedicating a flag in memory of an individual or group meaningful to you. Donors will receive public acknowledgment for their participation in this valued initiative.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at $25.00 per flag. All flags will be displayed from Memorial Day (May) through Veterans Day (November). Flag purchases are open to businesses, individuals and organizations.
For each flag sponsored, you may designate an honoree for recognition, including a business, individual, or organization. All supporters and their designations will be listed on the Citizens National Bank display box on Main Street, with additional recognition areas planned as the project expands.
All contributions are allocated exclusively for the maintenance of this project. Volunteers from The American Legion and The Village of Bluffton handle the placement and removal of flags at no cost.
We respectfully encourage your continued support of this vital community initiative.
Respectfully,
Bluffton American Legion Post 382
