2025-2025 schedule for Mornings with Mommy
MEDIA RELEASE__Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your infant through kindergarten age children (ages 0-6 years) and meet other moms. Dads, Grandmas, Grandpas, and Nannies are welcome, too!
These educational play-dates will begin on September 15 and 16 and continue on the first and third Monday and Tuesday of each month from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 North Main Street, Jenera. A second session on Monday is from 11:00-12:00 a.m.
Advance registration is required online at www.tlcjenera.org or by calling 262-391-7994. The cost is $5 per family (not per child) per session. Payment may be by cash or check. If a session is full, please choose another session or sign up on the waiting list.
There will be age-appropriate activities for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergartners. Moms can mingle with each other and enjoy activities with their children.
Each session will have its own theme, but the basic structure will be consistent. It will begin with a devotion, language and literacy activities (stories, flannel board and songs). There will be arts and crafts, sensory activities, gross and fine motor skills and an infant area.
Moms and children may explore these activities at their own pace. At the end of the session, a snack will be served. You may enjoy it at Mornings with Mommy or take it to go for the ride home.

November 3 or 4: Music and Instruments
November 17 or 18: Fall Harvest Time
December 1 or 2: Colors and Shapes
December 15 or 16: Happy Birthday Jesus Party
January 5 or 6: Winter Days: Snowflakes, Hats and Mittens
January 19 or 20: Moons, Stars and Night-Time
February 2 or 3: Red, Hearts and Valentine's Day
February 16 or 17: Frogs, Ducks and Pond Animals
March 2 or 3: Bugs, Worms and Little Things
March 16 or 17: Eggs and Easter-Jesus is Risen!
April 6 or 7: Dinosaurs
April 20 or 21: Fun with Food
May 4 or 5: Flowers, Birds, and Mother’s Day
May 18 or 19: Under the Sea
