William "Bill" O. Moyer owned Bill Moyer Bull Dozing and Farm Ponds
William "Bill" O. Moyer, 87, passed away October 14, 2025, at Serenity Spring Senior Living in Arlington.
Bill was born on November 7, 1937, in Rawson, Ohio, to Earl and Rosemary (Benton) Moyer, who preceded him in death. On August 23, 1964, he married Beverly (Battles) Moyer, who preceded him in death on February 21, 2023.
Bill was a 1956 graduate of Cory-Rawson High School. He was a heavy equipment operator working under his father at Earl Moyer and Son Excavating of Rawson. He dedicated many years to owning his own business as Bill Moyer Bull Dozing and Farm Ponds. Bill was loved and trusted by many people both during and outside of his work.
He is survived by his sister, Aunalee (Jerry) Miller of Foley, AL; a nephew, James (Dawn) Miller; great-nephews, Christopher (Sarah) Miller and Joseph Miller; great-niece, Brittany (Jason) Jones; great-great-nieces and nephew, Camden and Haley Miller and Sadie Jones; sisters-in-law, Doris (Dale) Ewing and Shirley (Gene) Stirling.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
A graveside service will take place Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Clymer Cemetery with Pastor Gregg Fox to officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rawson New Hope.
