November 2025 "Happenings" at the Bluffton Senior Center

FROM BSC NEWSLETTER__Members of the Bluffton Senior Citizen Center have recieved their monhtly update on what's happening at 132 N. Main St. for the next month. Among events scheduled are the center's Annual meeting for members and Blaze of Lights activities for the whole community.

Thanksgiving and Blaze of Lightts
The center will be closed on November 27-28 and will be open all day on Saturday, November 29 for the Blaze of Lights.

Annual and November Dinner Meeting: November 10 at 6:00 p.m.
The Bluffton Senior Center will have a Memorial Service and an election for new board members at the November Dinner Meeting. Candidates are Harlan Basinger, Beth Lamb, Rob Holman, Roger Schroeder and Randy Keeler. Three will be elected. 

Harlan Basinger and his wife Pat have been members since 2012. Harlan has been on the board and is running for reelection. They enjoy Bingo and trips at the Senior Center.

Beth Lamb has been a member since 2021. Beth is running for reelection. Beth has been MC at dinner meetings and enjoys bowling and Bingo.

Rob Holman and his wife Rita have been members since 2007. Rob is running for reelection. Rob and his wife have enjoyed many trips with the Senior Center. 

Roger Schroeder and his wife Sharon have been members since 2022. Roger enjoys cooking classes and community meals.

Randy Keeler and his wife Karen have been members since 2024. They enjoy Bingo and meals at the Senior Center. 

The meal will be catered by Miller’s Meats in Findlay. We will be having pulled pork, red-skinned potatoes, Cole slaw and dessert. The cost is $14, and reservations are needed by November 5. 

The emcee will be Deb Beer. The Maple Airs men’s chorus will provide entertainment.
