Duplex tours held at Mennonite Home Communities in March
Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio will host several open houses of it Maple Crest and Mennonite Home duplexes in March.
"If this winter has been taxing on your health, well-being, or ability to maintain your home or property, come and learn about how the benefits of living within the MHCO community can enhance your life," said Julie Stratton, marketing director of MHCO.
"Learn about the different financial options available to those 55 and older that are suitable for meeting the demands of a fixed income. You won't have to worry anymore about surprise expenses like roof repairs, appliance breakdown, furnace failure or outdoor maintenance chores like lawn care and snow removal," she said.
There are several floor plans now available ranging from 800 to 1,600 square feet. Persons may select the design, and price that works best for individual budgets.
Open house dates follow:
o Saturday, March 12, 10 a.m. to noon and 2-4 p.m.
o Tuesday, March 15, 10 a.m. to noon
o Saturday, March 26, 10 a.m. to noon and 2-4 p.m.
o Tuesday, March 29, 10 a.m. to noon
These Maple Crest duplexes (located off Augsburger Road, past the Riverbend sub-division) will be available to tour:
o 805 and 814 Red Maple Court, and
o 603 Crimson Maple Court.
At the Mennonite Home Campus, 20 Pinebrook, which is off Riley Street in Bluffton, will also be open.
