Laura Jane Huffman owned Physical Therapy Solutions
Laura Jane Huffman, 47, of Pandora, Ohio, died on March 18, 2026 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay, Ohio, surrounded by her cherished family. She was born on June 23, 1978, to Don and Kathy (Pierman) Green. In 1999, she married her high school sweetheart, Joshua Huffman.
Her life was centered on her abiding faith and immense love for her husband and their beloved children, Eli, Owen and Ava. She delighted in being a wife and mother, and focused on family time spent together. Her inner strength and determination were inspirational during her 16-year battle with breast cancer. Despite the multiple treatments and surgeries, she continued to attend her children's many activities and sporting events. Not once did Laura Huffman ever give up.
She especially enjoyed family vacations, getaway trips with Josh, and time spent at her happy place, their cottage near Coldwater, Michigan, where she always made sure that everyone had a good time. Professionally, her accomplishments were also many. In pursuing her desire to help others, she majored in physical therapy at the University of Findlay, where she excelled academically. Her skills were stellar during her years working at NWO, Northwest PT and Voc Works, before starting her own business, Physical Therapy Solutions, where she worked tirelessly to help injured workers return to their jobs, even when she didn't feel well following cancer treatments.
Laura is survived by her husband, Josh and their children, Eli, Owen and Ava all of Pandora; her parents, Don and Kathy Green of Pandora; her in-laws, Charles and Jayne Huffman of Pandora; her brothers, Andrew (Lacy) Green of Huntsville, Alabama, Stephen (Bridget) Green of Montgomery, Ohio, Patrick (Kristin) Green of Wapakoneta, Ohio; brothers-in law, Jason (Amber) Huffman of Pandora and Levi (Ellie) Huffman of Marion, Indiana.
The family would like to thank the team at Bridge Hospice for their compassionate care and the ways in which they honored Laura; her oncologist, Dr. Sardesai and the team at the Stephanie Spielman Breast Center, who enabled Laura to have more memorable time with her family; to countless family members, friends, and supporting communities for their love and prayers.
A Celebration of Laura's Life will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Pandora Missionary Church, 300 Rocket Ridge, Pandora with Pastor Matthew Steiner officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2026, at the church.
