Lima Area Youth Orchestra presents Spring Finale, March 29
MEDIA RELEASE__The Lima Area Youth Orchestra will present their annual Spring Finale Concert to the public on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Joe Henderson Auditorium at Lima Senior High School. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors. This concert will feature music associated with all things Disney. From the classical side of Fantasia and Sleeping Beauty to the more modern sounds of Hamilton, Lilo & Stitch, and Moana, this concert will have something for everyone.
The Lima Area Youth Orchestra (“LAYO”) is comprised of about 70 students, grades 2 through 12, from various local schools, including home-schooled students. Students involved with LAYO may travel from as far away as 40 miles, and rehearse on select Sundays at Lima Senior High School. LAYO is fronted by Joseph MacBenn and assistant director Tawnie Keen, and supported by the Lima Noon Optimists and the Lima Symphony Orchestra.
