MEDIA RELEASE__Bluffton University nursing major Kate Stephens ’28 will present “Learning through Practice: Bridging Theory and Clinical Application” at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6, in the Musselman Library Reading Room. 

Stephens will discuss research focused on serving diverse patients through clinical experience and work-based learning. She presented the research at the Ohio Statehouse as part of the Choose Ohio First Scholar Showcase. 

The presentation will highlight the ways hands-on learning experiences can help students connect classroom theory with real-world clinical practice. 

The event is free and open to the public.
