Bluffton leaf pickup scheduled for last week of October
The Village of Bluffton has issued the following community message regarding 2026 fall leaf pickup:
Traditional leaf pickup is scheduled to begin the last week of October (26-30). Until then, or until further notice, do not place leaves at the curb unless they are in biodegradable bags.
- The Village of Bluffton will pick up leaves on Mondays and Thursdays
- Tuesdays and Fridays are "backup" days to complete anything needed
- Place leaves in long, narrow rows, utilizing the tree lawns where possible
- Keep leaf piles away from other objects, cars, fire hydrants, mailboxes, trees, etc.
- Keep sticks and other yard waste separate from leaf piles
