MEDIA RELEASE__The holiday season is just around the corner, and the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce invites residents and visitors to kick off the festivities during its 2026 Holiday Open House, November 6–7, in downtown Bluffton.

This annual holiday shopping tradition is the perfect opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit while supporting the local businesses that make Bluffton such a special place. Participating downtown shops will welcome shoppers with a festive atmosphere, holiday sales, prize drawings, festive food and plenty of seasonal cheer.

“Bluffton’s Holiday Open House is a wonderful opportunity to experience the charm of our downtown during one of the most magical times of the year,” said Rene Gabriel, Executive Director of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce.

“Whether you're visiting from a neighboring community or making a special trip to Bluffton, you'll find unique local shops, festive experiences and friendly faces ready to welcome you. It's a great way to get a jump-start on holiday shopping while supporting the small businesses that make our community so special. We hope visitors will come spend the day with us and discover a little holiday magic in Bluffton!”

Store hours will vary by individual business, so shoppers are encouraged to check with their favorite stores for specific hours and special activities.
