Pat Diller is the Mennonite Memorial Home employee of the month.

She is a dietary aide and has worked at Mennonite Memorial Home since 1997.

She knows each one in the dining room as if they are "family" and knows many of the resident's favorite dishes. She is very generous to offer second helpings and is very accommodating when it comes to acknowledging any special requests or dietary preferences.

A resident said, "It is a pleasure to be served by Pat, she always has a smile on her face. Mealtime is my favorite part of any day, and made all the more pleasurable by having Pat in the dining room."
