New bleacher at Harmon Field will cost $64,550
Dave York Sports, Inc., of Louisville, Ky., was awarded a bid of $64,550 for installing new bleachers at Harmon Field. The bid was accepted on Monday by the Bluffton school board.
In other signification action involving funds, the Bluffton board awarded its 2011-12 school district insurance plan to Fawcett, Lammon, Recker and Associates. The contract totals $38,123 and covers fleet, property and liability insurance for the district effective July 1 through June 30, 2012.
In preparation for its negotiations with public employees, the board entered executive session at the end of the open session.
A five-year forecast revision for fiscal years 2011-15 was presented and okayed by the board.
Other annual agreements okayed on Monday include:* Assistive technology agreement with the West Central Ohio Assistive Technology Center for $900 for 2011-12.
* Athletic training coverage with St. Rita's Medical Center for training and rehabilitation services Aug. 1, 2011 to July 31, 2012 for $750.
