Community "picnic" Thursday at 6 p.m. at Senior Center
It's time for a picnic. This week's community meal, set for 6 p.m., Thursday, June 2, at the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center takes the feel of a picnic.
The menu includes hot dogs ready to be topped with your choice of ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, onions, relish, cheese or chili sauce.
There will also be baked beans, potato salad, lettuce salad and your choice of dessert.
Members of the English Lutheran Church host this week's event.
Community meals are open to the public with no admission charge. Donations are accepted and funds go to the Bluffton Community Assistance Program's food pantry. The meals are sponsored by the Bluffton Area Ministerial Association.
