The public is invited to a 90th birthday celebration for Rev. Charles Warren, on Sunday, June 19, at Ebenezer Mennonite Church.
His actual birth date is Sept. 4, 1921, but his children are planning to be in the Bluffton area for several days in June.
The husband of Rev. Warren's youngest daughter, Paul Windsor, will bring a special message on June 19 at Ebenezer Mennonite Church during the Worship Gathering beginning at 10:15 a.m.
His children, Beth Baker, Ruth Seefeldt, Dora Warren, Jon Warren, and Barby Windsor, along with the church, are hosting an open house reception from 2 to 5 p.m. Both events will take place in the Ebenezer Crossroads Ministry Center, 8905 Columbus Grove Road, Bluffton.
Rev. Warren has ministered as Pastor Emeritus at Ebenezer Mennonite Church for the past 20 years. In addition, he was Senior Pastor at Ebenezer 1986-1991 and Interim Pastor at the church several times during the 39 years that he, his wife Anita, and their five children served as missionaries in India with TEAM.
