Monday, June 27, is Ladies' Day on the Bluffton sesquicentennial schedule.
The following events are planned in the third floor of the town hall with the presenter and time provided:
11:45 a.m. - Bertie Swank
12:15 p.m. - "Girl Scout memories," Chris Purves and Betty Engle
12:30 p.m. - Et Cetera "Self Help Crafts," Elaine Brubaker
1 p.m. - Anne Stratton, Allen County Museum
2 p.m. - Laura Voth "Retirement"
3 p.m. - Mary Miles "Native American Women"
3:45 p.m. - Marilyn Edwards "Women of Bluffton"
4:30 p.m. - Wendy Chappell Dick, "Singing Stories of Pioneer Women"
Monday evening:
Movie "Skeletons on the Sahara," about Captain James Riley (namesake of Riley Creek), Darrell Groman, discussion leader, third floor of town hall, 7 p.m. The movie is not suggested for young children.
All Day:
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Will Triplett historical photo exhibit, Sauder Art Center
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Historical display at Musselman Library lobby
