The attachment contains a copy of a letter addressed to Eric Fulcomer, President of the Bluffton Village Council dated March 3, 2011; a letter in response dated March 25, 2011 to Elfrieda Ramseyer from President Fulcomer and the official petition presented to the Bluffton Village Council through the Utility Committee composed of Dave Steiner and Jerry Cupples on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 7:30 p.m.
Samples of the rusty water were supplied to the committee. The meeting was held in the Council chambers and all Council members entered during the Utility committee meeting and became aware of the petition.
In light of the concerns presented by other Bluffton residents about their rusty water problems and the press coverage received in the Bluffton Icon, we felt it was important for our concerns be publicly addressed also. We had noted that the minutes of the June 13th Council meeting did not mention our rusty water concerns for Sunset Drive.
