Special wine event June 9 at The Inn at ONU
The Inn at ONU has a summer of entertainment planned ranging from live music to a night of comedy and a family-friendly pirate and mermaid party. Here are the details:
Saturday, June 9, 5 p.m.
In celebration of National Rose’ Day, the Inn presents an Italian food and wine pairing. The evening includes live music in the garden courtyard with samplings of flatbreads from the grill, rose’ wines and Italian food.
Tickets are $50 per person, including tax and gratuities. Calling the Inn at 419-7872-4112 requires advance tickets.
Third Thursday of each month
The series begins on June 21 with Dean Alstaetter and Jody performing. The next two “third Thursdays” are July 19 and Aug. 16. Watch The Icon for performance schedules.
Friday, July 20, 2-4 p.m.
Pirate and Mermaid Party
The afternoon includes family activities and a photo opportunity based on a pirate-mermaid theme. The drink menu includes ocean water blue, raspberry lemonades, pirate gold lemonade and Blackbeard’s brewed ice team.
Cost is $32 for one adult and one child under 13. Additional guests are $18 per adult and $8 per child. Call the Inn for reservations.
Friday night Jazzing
Each Friday evening in June, July and August includes live music beginning at 5:30 p.m. Check the Inn’s website for the weekly performers.
Wednesday, Aug. 29, 7:30-9:30 p.m.
LaughINN Under the Lights
It’s an evening of comedy in the courtyard featuring Fearless Shenanigans. The evening includes comedy improv. Tickets are $25 each and include an appetizer buffet. Call the Inn for reservations.
