So what makes us different? What goes on in Bluffton? What doesn't go on in Bluffton, one might ask instead.
If you hanker for an athletic event to attend, most likely there will be at least one going on (if not half a dozen) every night of the week, including all summer. If music is your wish, you can find the classics at Bluffton University recitals, home-grown talent at public school programs, anything from bluegrass to jazz at the town hall concerts as well as the coffeehouse and the library.
There are multiple special goings-on throughout the year, including the annual fishing derby, arts and crafts festival, and the big Christmas-season Blaze of Lights.
In addition, there's the summer-long Saturday farmer's market (plus numerous chicken barbecues) to keep your family well fed, enough churches to keep your family well blessed, and enough doctors in the area to keep your family healthy, plus a hospital in case of emergency.
So, what is Bluffton not? Bluffton's not big. It's not perfect. But it's home.
