National Library Week, April 6–12, 2025, is a time to celebrate the many ways libraries bring people together, spark imagination, and support lifelong learning.
This National Library Week, take time to rediscover the library and see how it draws us together as a community. Whether you're visiting for books, resources, or a place to connect, Bluffton Public Library is here for you.
Join us for special National Library Week events:
3D Printer is available - Check out our new Bambu Lab X1-Carbon 3D printer. Suggested donations are 50-cents per hour of requested print to help cover the cost of the filament.
Hummin’ and Strummin’ - Monday, April 7 at 6:00 p.m. This is a relaxed, song-circle style music session and anyone is welcome to join or listen in. Bring your instrument, voice, or listening ears!
Open Chess - The library has an area designated on the Main Floor for open chess from 5:30-7:30 p.m. every Tuesday the library is open. Bring your own board or use one of the library’s! All ages are welcome!
Storytime - Wednesday Join us for stories and crafts about the love of books and libraries! Baby Storytime (Birth-2) is at 10 a.m., PreK Storytime (3-5) is at 10:30 a.m.
Playgroup - Enjoy some playtime at the library on Friday, starting at 10 a.m.
Lego at the Library – We provide the Legos, you show us your imagination. Thursday, April 10. All day for All ages.
Mobile Health Clinic - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. ONU Healthwise provides free screenings, conversations with ONU Healthwise students and staff about their results or concerns, and referrals to area doctors. *Note: If the Bluffton or Ada school district have a weather delay or cancellation, Mobile Health Clinic will be cancelled that day.
How to Decorate Cookies with Langan Family Finds – Learn how royal icing can take your baking to the next level. Registration is required with a $10 cash fee at the door. Open to adults and teens accompanied with an adult. Saturday, April 12 @ 11 am.
