July 21 planning commission items include Vine St. closure for practice field

Three topics are on the agenda for the Bluffton Planning Commission meeting on Monday, July 21 at 7:30 p.m.
- Review of traffic data regarding the closure of Vine St. and expansion of the Bluffton Exempted Village Schools campus across Vine St.
- Zoning District assignment to the newly annexed properties on the east side of I-75
- Request to move lot lines among three adjoining properties owned by Andy Chappell-Dick on W. Elm St and N. Lawn Ave.
A subsequent public hearing is scheduled for review of the BEVS proposed athletic practice field; this will take place on Monday, July 28 at 7:05 p.m., in conjunction with the regular Village council meeting at Bluffton Town Hall.
