9th anniversary celebration at Campito Lindo, February 2
By Paula Pyzik Scott
A walk down Main St. convinced Rosie Banales that Bluffton was the right place for her restaurant.
The people she passed smiled and looked happy to be here, she remembers. As a result, Campito Lindo was established in 2017 at 142 N Main St. and is now celebrating its 9th anniversary.
Why has the restaurant succeeded? Banales says that it's food and service that make or break a restaurant. If the chips and salsa aren't good, the meal isn't going to be good, she notes. The community also smiled on Campito Lindo during the Covid lockdown, ordering take-out when service was severely limited by regulations.
The restaurant staff is pictured here with Banales and partner Enrique Cabrera.
On Monday, February 2, Campito Lindo will celebrate its anniversary with several food and beverage specials.
