Pamela Ann Bricker was a social worker
Pamela Ann Bricker, 78, passed away on June 9, 2026, at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. Pam was born on August 3, 1947, in Crestline, Ohio, to the late Paul and Alyce (Fike) Morton. On June 16, 1968, she married Jay Bricker, who preceded her in death on April 23, 2017.
Pam graduated from Colonel Crawford High School and received her bachelor's degree in education from Bluffton College. After teaching for a few years, she spent most of her life working in social work for Coleman Health Services. She was instrumental in starting Changing Seasons Outreach Program in Lima and Wapakoneta. Pam was a member of Bluffton First Methodist Church, and she loved playing cards, creative arts, cooking and spending time with her family.
Survivors include a son, Tyler (Sarah) Bricker of Bluffton; a daughter-in-law, Tracie (Lee) Rosengarten of Bluffton; five grandchildren, Austin (Adrian) Bricker. Dakota (Allison) Bricker. Sophie (Kaden Basil) Bricker, Noah Bricker and Thayne Bricker, all of Bluffton; a step-grandson, Cole Rosengarten of Findlay; three great-grandchildren, Haven, Wren and Boden Bricker and one great-grandchild on the way; two brothers, Tom Morton of Crestline, Ohio, Richard (Catherine) Morton of Cleveland, Ohio and a sister, Grace Snyder of Westerville, Ohio.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Alyce Morton; her husband, Jay Bricker; a son, Christopher Bricker and a sister, Janet Melcher.
A Celebration of Pam's Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bluffton First Methodist Church.
