Alexandra "Allie" Nicole Hover worked for Bob Evans Foods
Alexandra "Allie" Nicole Hover, 26, passed away on June 12, 2026, in St. John’s, Ohio. Allie was born on June 5, 2000, in Lima, Ohio, to Richard Hover Jr. and Amy Woolum.
Allie graduated from Bluffton High School and Apollo High School. She was a sanitation supervisor for Bob Evans Foods in Lima. Allie attended the Lima Community Church. She loved nature, hiking, fishing, flowers and plants, crocheting, arts and riding motorcycles. One of her greatest joys was animals, especially her fur babies, Meeka, Shred, Moo Moo, June Bug and Bear.
Survivors include her father, Richard E. Hover, Jr. of Lima, her mother, Amy (Roy) Brock of Bluffton, two sisters, Brittany (Felice Martin) Hover of Ferrum, Virginia, Victoria (Logan) Schick of Lima; her nephews and niece, Octavious and Bowdin Martin, and Alaina Schick; her grandparents, Bonnie Hover of Lima, Susan Raitch of Dunedin, Florida, Jerry Woolum of New Tazewell, Tennessee; her aunts and uncles, Cynthia (Mike) Reynolds of Lima, Angela Ketcham of Bartow, Florida, Elizabeth (Sean) Eley of Lima, Todd (Dena) Woolum of Delaware, Ohio, Holly (James Strable) McDougle of Rawson, Luke (Amanda Schell) Woolum of St. Clair Shores, Michigan; numerous cousins and her boyfriend, Khaled Ali Haque of Lima.
Allie was preceded in death by three grandparents, Richard Hover, Sr., Stephen Raitch, and Vivian Woolum.
Allie’s service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 19, 2026, at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Allen County Humane Society or Deb’s Dogs.
