Machelle "Shelly" A. Wright worked for Anderson Family Dentist
Machelle "Shelly" A. Wright, 65, passed away July 2, 2026, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.
Shelly was born June 3, 1961, in Lima, Ohio, to Kenneth and Shelba (Sakemiller) Crow. She later married Kevin Wright who survives.
Shelly retired from Anderson Family Dentist in Findlay, where she had been a dental hygienist from 1981 to 2021. She enjoyed traveling to Amish Country and Tennessee, craft shows, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her father, Kenneth Crow of Elida; her husband, Kevin L. Wright of Findlay; two children, Kyle L. (Kaci) Wright of St. Mary's and Maisie A. Crates of Arlington; five grandchildren, Brendyn and Madelynn Crates and Maverick, Blake, and Oaklee Wright.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Alma Crow and Willard and Doris Sakemiller.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Bluffton. Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2026, 4:00-7:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 11, 2026, 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Bridge Home Health & Hospice.
