MEDIA RELEASE__The Village of Bluffton has partnered with CemSites, an online cemetery record and mapping platform that allows the public to search burial records for Maple Grove Cemetery. 

Previously, all our cemetery records, whether for burials or reserved plots, were confirmed and stored on paper in bound volumes. Some of these records even pre-date the incorporation of the village. 

CemSites allows the Village to preserve cemetery records digitally, as well as provide the public with an online searchable database of all burials in our cemetery.

The Village encourages the community to search CemSites for their family members, and let Greg Probst, cemetery sexton, know if there are any corrections that need to be made.

Bluffton.cemsites.com is available here. The website is also listed on the Village website (link: https://www.bluffton-ohio.com/), click on the Departments tab at the top right, and choose Facilities, then Cemetery.

You may search for individuals by name, date of birth or date of death. CemSites provides a map of the cemetery with a marker of roughly where the individual is buried.
