Blanchard Valley Health Foundation Announces Changes to Board of Directors
MEDIA RELEASE__Dr. Emil Ziegler, John Quaid, and Anna Schroeder, all of whom have served as officers and committee members in the past and have been very active in promoting the mission and vision of the Foundation throughout the community, have departed the board in 2026. BVHF extends its gratitude to them for their years of service and devotion to the Foundation.
"Our sincere thanks to Emil, John, and Anna," said Myron D. Lewis, MSW, MBA, FACHE, president and chief executive officer of Blanchard Valley Health System and Blanchard Valley Health Foundation ex officio board member. "We wish you well; thank you for your years of service and the impact you've had on the Foundation and our community."

After 43 years in the banking industry, including 27 years most recently with WesBanco, Rod is a recent retiree. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo and a founding Board Member and past Chairman of The Marathon Center for the Performing Arts.
A Findlay native, Dr. Schutz is a BVHS physician specializing in robotic surgery, fertility, and comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, among several other professional affiliations.
"We are excited to welcome Sarah, Rod, and Dr. Schutz to our Board of Directors,” said Myron D. Lewis. "They bring experience and expertise as we continue to grow and evolve the Foundation in service to our community."
Current board members Jeannine Clark and Lissa Streacker began new three-year terms.
