By Sam Brauen www.blufftonpirates.com Deandre Nassar won the 182 class and Bluffton advanced six wrestlers to next weekend’s OHSAA District Meet.
As a team the Pirates finished fourth. Joining Nassar in Troy next week will be Kaden Basil, Josh Mehaffie, Tayton Kleman, Jeremy Sturgeon and Jackson Wilson. Landen Lugibihl, Dustin Mortimer and Elijah Conley all finished fifth and will be District alternates.
Bluffton HS girls' basketball team won its sectional tournament title tonight. Bluffton defeated Leipsic 46 to 40 to advance to the district. Watch the Icon for details on the game and the district tournament.
