"Cultural Origins of Pop Music" with Roy Couch, library, 6:30 p.m.

Music Professor and local, Roy Couch will present “The Beat Goes On: Cultural Origins & American Pop Music” on July 18 at 6:30 p.m. Everyone ages 10 and up is invited to learn about and interact with American pop music and its influences. American music is emblematic of the multi-cultural makeup of our great country. Experience and hear some of the cultural elements that help define American pop music today. This program will take place on the lower level of the library, and registration is required.
