Did you know there's a bell in the clocktower of the Bluffton town hall. There is, and now you can hear it. Phil Zimmerly, new director of the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce, says that Bluffton residents will start hearing the bell ring frequently. A story on Zimmerly is below.
