Jared Krout joins BFR as sports coordinator
Jared Krout recently joined Bluffton Family Recreation as sports coordinator, according to Joseph Beagle, BFR director.
Krout is a 2006 graduate of Arlington High School and 2010 graduate of Hillsdale College.
Following graduation, he served in several track and field coaching positions at Hillsdale. In 2014 he joined the Liberty-Benton High School track and field coaching staff. In 2015 he became the LB girls’ head coach, and the team won the state championship in its division.
He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified strength and conditioning specialist. As a trainer and coach he has experience working with a wide range of age groups and skill levels.
Beagle said that there are several programs in BFR’s future that will involve Krout. Among these are programs for premier athletes and for athletes wanting to improve their skills.
Krout and his wife, Circe, live in Findlay.
