Healthe Habits for Living open house on Wednesday

Healthe Habits for Living and Ellerbrock Spine and Soft Tissue, 120 Main St., Suite A, will hold an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 11, according to Dr. Matt Ellerbrock and Christine Schroeder of Healthe Habits for Living, who joined the Ellerbrock staff this spring.

The open house includes drawings, door prizes and refreshments. Persons may sign up for a one-on-one free 15-minute consultation with Schroeder.

The Healthe Habits for Living program assists persons suffering from any chronic disease including obesity, joint pain, arthritis, sleep apnea, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, fibromyalgia, back pain, cancer, hypothyroidism, CAD, PCOS and COPD – as examples.

“Healthe Habits for Living” provides a one-on-one training and coaching program of effective exercise, good nutrition and lifestyle changes,” she said.

Schroeder holds a master’s of occupational therapy (MOT) degree from the University of Findlay.

About Ellerbrock Spine and Soft Tissue
Dr. Matthew Ellerbrock, chiropractic physician, opened Ellerbrock Spine and Soft Tissue here in 2016.
 
He offers traditional chiropractic treatment, and soft tissue treatment known as Active Release Technique (ART) and holds post-graduate certification in ART.

In addition, the Bluffton clinic has a licensed massage therapist on staff. She is Debora Bogart, LMT and certified aromatherapist.
