May 31 concert
Heather Kropf has been a Pittsburgh-based musician for over two decades, earning acclaim for her evocative singing and songwriting. Trained in classical piano but intuitive in her approach to songwriting, she has charmed audiences with her lush, literate blend of Americana and jazz-influenced pop that captures the complexity of modern life and romance.

Her honeyed vocals are reminiscent of early influences Suzanne Vega and Joni Mitchell, and her live shows feature some of Pittsburgh's finest players.

A 2016 Bluffton University Math and Music graduate, Sam Stucky hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He has spent the last eight months working on playing as many shows as possible in Pittsburgh and working on his upcoming album, Movement.

Sam is always trying to make songs that differ in sound and style, ranging topically from social issues to personal struggle to sarcastic or meaningful love songs.  His musical style is influenced by The Front Bottoms, Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, and The Head and the Heart.  Movement, which largely touches upon insecurities about being a musician, is due out sometime in the summer of 2018, and includes full-band versions of his songs with the help of John Stuart.

June 7 concert
Claire Wellin is  a songwriter and violinist from Brooklyn, New York.

Claire leads the ghost folk band Youth in a Roman Field. They are based in New York City and recently released the first two singles off their second album, Storm Conductor, which was made with Grammy-award-winning producer Stewart Lerman and will be released April 20. Their music has been featured in theatre, webseries, and video projects including episodes of Matching Pursuit and The Dreamers.
