Citizens National Bank held a ribbon cutting on Thursday, March 29, for its new full service office in Toledo.
Located at 3130 Executive Parkway, the office offers commercial lending, retail lending and a full spectrum of deposit products and cash management options for business and personal use.
The facility also offers drive-thru services, an ATM and a night deposit drop.
The Board of Et Cetera Shop, Inc., invites the public to an open house at the Peerless Glove Factory, 327 N. Main St., Bluffton, on Friday, April 20, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
"Come and get a look at the old glove factory before it becomes the new location of the local Et Cetera Shop," said Arman Habegger, Et Cetera board chair.
"Renovation will not yet have begun, but we will have some illustrations of how the new store may appear. Some of you may have photos from the building’s earlier operation as a glove factory, and we would welcome seeing those."
The Black Lab, 121 N. Main St., now has copies of the local photo history book, "The Bluffton We Never Knew."
The book includes nearly 170 photos with descriptions of Bluffton photos from 1861 to 1911.
In addition reprints of an early Bluffton post card, which is also the cover the the book, are available. Post cards are $1.50 each and books are $21.30, which includes sales tax.
The Bluffton and Ada Icons invite viewers to enter The Icon Final 4 contest. The contest asks contestants to pick the winner of this weekend’s NCAA men’s Division I national tournament.
The winner will be chosen by who picked the national champion between the four remaining basketball teams including Loyola (Chicago), Michigan, Villanova and Kansas.
