St. John's UCC cancels Sunday's service

Bluffton St. John's United Church of Christ has canceled all services for Sunday, Jan. 20.

Free community meal in Pandora on Jan. 30

Pandora United Methodist Church will host a free community meal from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 30.

The menu is tomato soup, grilled cheese, relish tray, Val’s cake and beverage. The meal is provided by the 7’O’clock Flock.

Mt. Cory UMC has free VBS kits

The Mt. Cory United Methodist Church has three free used Vacation Bible School kits available to give to a church or organization.

They include SonQuest Rain Forest, Mighty Fortress and SonRise National Park.  Serious enquirers may call Jean at 419-581-8500. Pictures are available upon request.

Jan. 31 open house and registration at Trinity Luthern School, Jenera

Trinity Lutheran School, 105 Allen St., Jenera, will have an open house and registration night on Thursday, Jan. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Prospective, new, and current families are welcome to attend and tour the school. Teachers will be in their classrooms to meet with families and answer any questions.

New families are welcome to register for the 2019-2020 school year. Stop by the gymnasium for complimentary pizza, cookies, and snacks. Call 419-326-4685 for more information.

Concert, workshop Jan. 11-13

Itinerant Bible teacher and singer/songwriter, known especially for his “songs of faith for small and tall,” Bryan Moyer Suderman of Kitchener, Ontario, will perform a concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, at First Mennonite Church, 101 S. Jackson St. All are welcome to attend.
