Bluffton Cattle 4-H Club holds chicken barbecue Aug. 5
The Bluffton Cattle 4-H Club is holding a chicken barbecue in the Bluffton Middle School cafetorium on Sunday, Aug. 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The cost will be $7.50 per dinner and includes chicken, green beans, applesauce and a roll. Desserts will be available at an additional cost. Carry-outs will be available.
Persons wanting pre-order tickets, may contact Gabe or Jared Meyer at 419-358-6252 or any other member.
"Our group did a community service project in July. We helped clean out buildings on a farm for a Bluffton family. We will use some of the money we raise from the barbecue to help furnish food for the local food pantry then we will help stock the shelves. A trip to Cedar Point is also planned in July, Gabe Meyers, club news reporter said.
