Dr. Lucia Unrau, a pianist and professor of music at Bluffton University, will present a faculty recital 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, in Bluffton’s Yoder Recital Hall.
The performance will feature works by Chopin, Mozart and Ginastera. The recital is free and open to the public.
Unrau is a former president of the Ohio Music Teachers Association and was its 2009 Collegiate Teacher of the Year.
She has been on the Interlochen Center for the Arts piano faculty since 1993 and has served as camp keyboard coordinator, overseeing the keyboard curriculum, since 2005.
Also a recording artist, concert performer, adjudicator and presenter, she holds a doctorate from the University of Texas-Austin.
