What do you get when you mix an Ex-President and the Grand Master of Pop fiction?

Regardless of what you think of Bill Clinton as a President, and even though as a man he was a womanizing scoundrel, he knows the inner workings of Washington, DC.

Regardless of what you think of James Patterson as an author who doesn't write many of his books, he knows how to write well when he chooses to do so.

Put them together and you get one heck of a political thriller, packed with non-stop action from the very start to the very end.

With shorter daylight hours and the return to school, area drivers and cyclists are sharing the road in the dark morning hours.

In the dark, drivers often can’t see cyclists without reflectors. The Consumer Product Safety Commission lists these requirements:

The Bluffton University volleyball team found its mojo on Friday, Sept. 17, at the Ginny Hunt Kilt Classic. The Beavers routed Roanoke (VA) in three sets before taking down Washington & Jefferson in four. Bluffton improved to 5-7 on the season following these victories.

Bluffton racked up 471 yards rushing to roll past traditional rival Ada 34-14 in a Northwest Conference bout on a warm Friday night, September 17, at War Memorial Stadium.

The Pirates tallied touchdowns on two 64-yard runs and a 39-yarder, and added a 74-yard rush that set up another score as well.

Bluffton improved to 4-1 and 1-1 in league play with the win.

The Bulldogs fell to 1-4 and 0-2 in the NWC with the defeat.
