UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE, JUNE 2__On May 30, at approximately 1:20 a.m., officers from the Bluffton Police Department assisted the Hancock County Sheriff's Office and the Ohio State Highway Patrol in response to a report of a male subject riding a bicycle on Interstate 75 and threatening motorists with a knife.
The male subject was located at the Circle K gas station on Commerce Ln. in Bluffton, where he allegedly threatened an employee and other patrons with a knife and caused damage to property at the business.
A great coach, teacher, father, and grandfather. To put it plainly, the world lost a great man. Maurice “Bill” William Croft, Jr., passed away on Sunday, May 24, a week shy of his 86th birthday.
