Magistrate Richard Warren (left) and Muncipal Court Judge David Rodabaugh share a joke during Friday's Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce breakfast. Standing with them is Rodabaugh's wife, Chris. Magistrate Warren, former Common Pleas Court Judge, "re-sworn in" Judge Rodabaugh to his judgeship during the breakfast. Both men have strong Bluffton connections.
