The following Bluffton Senior Center travel opportunities were announced in the November 2025 Happenings newsletter.
COACH TRIPS WITH TONYA
Winter in Yellowstone | January 19-25, 2026
The tour company says we can still take reservations until November 10. Explore the sparkle of our Nation's First National Park. The wonders of Yellowstone have never felt so close. Under feet of snow, the roads remain off-limits to private vehicles, allowing for a uniquely intimate experience with nature from the warmth of your heated snow coach. The animals of Yellowstone are much easier to see in the winter. The average temperature in January is 24 degrees. But the coaches are nice and warm. Price starts at $3,897. Brochures available in the office. Cost includes airfare, 12 meals and all gratuities. This trip is a level 2.
FROM BSC NEWSLETTER__The Bluffton Senior Citizens Center is joining a local campaign with the local Youth for Christ called "We Believe in Youth." We will have cards for our senior citizens to write individual cards of encouragement for the teens to lift them up.
During "We Believe in Youth" week, November 13-21, look for signs in storefronts and yards and T-shirts. Teens will be joining us for the Community Meal on November 20. After the meal, the teens will be leading a time of praise and worship at the Senior Center.
Performances of "After the Blast" will take place at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 13-15, and at 2:30 p.m., Nov.16, in College Hall, Ramseyer Auditorium. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for senior citizens, Bluffton faculty and staff and non-Bluffton students. Bluffton University students can enjoy the play for free. Tickets can be purchased or reserved at www.bluffton.edu/tickets.
