Giving Back…
The Good Samaritan Women’s Group is a local volunteer group here in Bluffton that works toward servicing those in need, not only in our community, but in our area.

The group will be adopting two resident rooms at the Good Samaritan House in Lima this month, and will welcome any donations to assist with this project.

The improvement project involves painting and supplying curtains, lamps, bedding and simple décor for two bedrooms.

Bluffton High School's girls' basketball team defeated Spencerville on Jan. 21 51-41. The win gives the Pirates an 11-4 overall mark and 4-1 in the Northwest Conference.

The Women's Center of Bluffton Hospital will be established this year as the hospital fine-tunes its focus to better serve women. All of the current services offered by the hospital will continue. The Blanchard Valley Health System board approved $4.5 million for the creation of the center at Bluffton.
