BLUFFTON__The Bluffton High School boys and girls bowling teams lost a dual match to visiting Lima Senior at Southgate Lanes on Friday evening, November 21.
The Pirate teams each fell to 0-2 with the defeats.
“It was a tough night for Bluffton but there was a lot of great bowling by our kids,” said Pirate head coach Ben Nye.
BOYS RESULTS
The Bluffton boys lost by a fairly close total score of 2,857 pins to 2,659.
Mustang junior guard Evelyn Lehman led all scorers with 22 points, but AE lost 45-41 to Arlington in the opening round of the annual McDonald’s Holiday tournament at Bluffton High School on Friday, November 21.
Lehman drained four three-point goals and seven baskets while canning all four of her free throws.
The loss ended AE’s streak of four straight wins in the McDonald’s Holiday tournament.

BLUFFTON__The Bluffton High School girls basketball team tipped off its 2025-26 season with a 64-23 blowout win over visiting local foe Cory-Rawson in the opening round of the annual McDonald’s Holiday tournament on Friday, November 21.

MEDIA RELEASE__The Bluffton-Pandora Swiss Community Historical Society will hold its annual Christmas Open House at Schumacher Homestead on Saturday and Sunday, December 6 and 7. The nearly completed Heritage Center will host some of the activities. Both the Heritage Center and farmhouse will be decorated for the season. Costumed docents will be on hand as visitors tour the house, summer kitchen and workshop.
