Bluffton Family Recreation will host a British Soccer Camp for youth ages 3 to 18 from Monday, July 27, through Friday, July 31, according to Joseph Beagle, BFR director.

The camp offers several class levels, times and registration fees for different age groups.

Bluffton council will open the floor to comments about the Shannon Cemetery on Monday night. 

The cemetery project, intended to clean up and memorialize Bluffton's pioneer resting place, recently came under criticism from several persons who do not live in Bluffton. 

Bluffton University awarded degrees to 254 graduates during its 115th annual commencement ceremony on May 3. Local graduates are:

Before we close the school door for the summer there's a few "school's out" photos to share with viewers. Here's one. Denny Phillips signs his name to a student's shirt - a last-day fo school tradition. The school year ended last Thursday.

If you missed your chance for a Larson's Barbecue recently don't worry. 

Todd Larson is set up Monday through Friday at Circle K on State Route 103. He opens for business at 11 a.m. and is open until he's sold out.

Larson's Barbecue is also at the Bluffton Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings and at the Arlington Farmers' Market from 4 to 6 p.m. on Fridays.

The Gardeners of the Bluffton Pandora Area will tour Cindy Basinger’s Backyard Perennials and More at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 2. The tour is part of the club’s monthly meeting and is open the public.

Basinger’s perennial business is at her home, 9745 Phillips Road, Bluffton.
