All members of the Bluffton American Legion Post 382 would like to thank Pastor Kim Miller and the congregation of the Bluffton First United Methodist church for honoring the Four Chaplains who so bravely gave their all for their Country, in a ceremony Feb. 1, 2015

Chaplain Donald Rock, Sam Reineke and Jerry Cupples led the services for the American Legion.

Yes, you know and we know that the newly constructed milk-carton igloo in the Bluffton Public Library is meant for very young readers. It's just that when the Icon went to the library to photograph the new structure there were no very young readers. So, we drafted Dyllan Hackworth, a Bluffton High School freshman to serve as the posterboy for the new building inside the library.

Bluffton University inducted three individuals and the 2004 softball team into its Athletics Hall of Fame on Feb. 7.

Ready for a good mystery – and a great meal?

Tickets are now available to The Centre at Bluffton’s murder mystery dinner theatre taking place Saturday, March 7, according to Brenda Gaines, Center manager.

The drama is “Broadcast Radio Murders,” and the deadline for reservations is Monday, March 2. No tickets will be available at the door.

The drama is hosted by Mr. E. Murder Productions. Tickets are available at:
• $40 each
• Two for $74
• Table of eight for $380 ($35 each)
