MEDIA RELEASE__The holiday season is just around the corner, and the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce invites residents and visitors to kick off the festivities during its 2026 Holiday Open House, November 6–7, in downtown Bluffton.
This annual holiday shopping tradition is the perfect opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit while supporting the local businesses that make Bluffton such a special place. Participating downtown shops will welcome shoppers with a festive atmosphere, holiday sales, prize drawings, festive food and plenty of seasonal cheer.

FROM BSC HAPPENINGS__Justin Harbison, a representative from Allen County Veterans Services will be at the Bluffton Senior Center on Monday, November 9 at 9:30 a.m. to speak on available benefits for Veterans and their spouses.
They will provide information on benefits, seasonal food vouchers, and answer any questions you have.
Michael (Mike) David Risser, 77, passed away on October 14, 2026, in Chandler, AZ. He was born on July 21, 1950, to the late Louis Risser and the late Margaret DeVore Risser. Mike grew up on his family's historic Ohio Century Farm in Pandora, Ohio. He was married to Sandra Lee Margolin on July 1, 1990, in Oakland, CA.
