MEDIA RELEASE__Bluffton American Legion Post 382 is excited to announce its 2026 Memorial Day Parade. The parade will begin at 9:30 a.m., stepping off from Bluffton Town Hall, 154 N. Main St. It will proceed south on Main Street through downtown Bluffton, concluding at Maple Grove Cemetery, where the community’s annual Memorial Day ceremony will start at 10:00 a.m.
MEDIA RELEASE__The Missoula Children’s Theatre along with students of Trinity Lutheran School's first-eighth grades present Sleeping Beauty, an original adaptation of the classic fairy tale.
The show will take place in the school gym located at 105 Allen Street in Jenera on Friday, May 8, beginning at 6:30 PM. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., allowing guests to find seating (first come first serve) and check out the amazing artwork on display in the gym produced by the students of our school. There will be a free-will offering to offset the cost of the production.

BLUFFTON PUBLIC LIBRARY TAX LEVY
Bluffton voters approved the Tax Levy (Additional) for Bluffton Public Library, with 745 voting yes and 361 voting no.
On June 29, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. the Safe Driving For Seniors and CarFit will be at the Bluffton Senior Citizens Center, 132 N. Main Street, Bluffton.
Safe Driving is designed to assist drivers in knowing the laws and things that may make driving safer. Also alternative methods of transpotation will be discussed.
CarFit is a free, interactive and educational program designed to improve older driver safety. Trained volunteers provide information to ensure the safest "fit" for older drivers.
MAY 4 MEDIA RELEASE__Avery Ulrey has been recognized as the Bluffton Hight School Student of the Month for April 2026. Avery is a senior and the daughter of Nate and Emily Ulrey of Bluffton, Ohio.
Ulrey is a distinguished scholar, maintaining a perfect 4.00 GPA throughout her high school career. She has challenged herself academically by taking College Credit Plus (CCP) coursework in psychology and medical terminology at the University of Findlay and composition and mathematics at Rhodes State College, demonstrating both initiative and a commitment to her future goals.

Emmittt Kidd, Coby Dailey and Robert Glenn will be attending Buckeye Boys State at Miami University, June 14-21. They will learn how government works during "A Week to Shape a Lifetime."
