Bluffton High School art student Lizzy Suter is a finalist in the 2026 Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition in Columbus. Her entry is a photograph of a painted person in the style of Alexa Meade. The figure is immersed in a bath tinted white. The colors on the water are a digital effect. The work was selected from among 5,786 entries by students in grades 9-12.

MEDIA RELEASE__Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) has been recognized by Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), a leading healthcare supply chain organization, as a recipient of the 2025 Supply Chains of Distinction Award.

FROM FACEBOOK__Bluffton PorchFest is a multi-genre event, open to all area musicians and bands. 

Bluffton PorchFest is a tips-only event.

We can supply the "Tip Jars" if needed and will aggressively promote tipping the performers.

Bands are welcome to sell CDs, T-Shirts, Hats, and other merchandise.

MEDIA RELEASE__Chris Scott, head track and field coach at Bluffton University, will present the Civic Engagement Day Forum, “Competition with My Neighbor: The Good and the Bad,” at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, in Yoder Recital Hall.

Scott will explore how competition shapes relationships before, during and after the game, and how love of neighbor can inform athletic engagement.

The Forum is free and open to the public.

VILLAGE ADMINISTRATION
Village Administrator Jesse Blackburn announced that the Village has been awarded $500,000 towards Phase 3 of Legacy Park. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has provided the award through the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
