Charles H. Kinsinger, 92, of Pandora, died at 3:30 p.m. at Hilty Memorial Home on April 19, 2013. He was born on Dec. 15, 1920, in Pandora to John and Fatima (Steiner) Kinsinger. On Nov. 30, 1944 he married Treva J. Stauffer of Lima. She survives in Pandora.

Well, girls, what are your favorite third grade subjects? Olivia: Science. Ellision: Math. Sophia: Science. Gracie: Science. (At this point we discussed mealy worms in great detail. According to Sophia, her’s crawled up her arm.)

Bluffton University will host the annual Riley Creek Festival beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, on the Neufeld Hall lawn.
“Out of This World” is the theme of this year’s festival, a day of games, prizes, live music and other entertainment. The event is free—except for lunch—and open to the public.
Lunch, to be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., is $7 for adults and $5 for children.
The traditional rubber duck race down Riley Creek will wrap up the festival at 4 p.m.

The Children's Choir at St. John Mennonite Church, Pandora, will present the musical "Blast Off! Discovering the God of Creation," twice on Sunday, April 28. Performances are at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Nearly 65 youth are involved in the production. The church is located at 15988 Road 4, Pandora.
The story takes place in a little girl's dream the night before going to a space camp. In the dream Rudy and her two siblings find themselves in a space shuttle flying through the atmosphere.
